How the Auction map works

Same lots as the list. The map shows exactly the lots in the auction list, with the same filters — nothing more.
Where the unit is, roughly. Each pin marks the area where the unit is stored, not its address. The map stops zooming at neighbourhood level on purpose, and nearby units share a spot.
Kept up to date. The seller or RideAuction can correct where a unit is kept at any time; the pin follows the corrected area. Bids and the unit’s details are not affected.
Not every lot has a pin. A lot appears on the map only when the seller gave a street address or full postal code for the unit. Other lots are listed under “Not on the map” and are still part of the auction.
Pins and colours. A pin shows the unit’s photo and its current bid (or starting bid before any bids). Blue means bidding is open; amber means the lot closes within the hour; plain means bidding has not opened yet. A circle with a number groups nearby lots — zoom in or click it.
Using the keyboard. Tab to the map and use the arrow keys to pan and plus or minus to zoom, or pick lots from the list beside it — selecting a lot there moves the map to it.

Units appear here once they are added to a scheduled auction or a published 60-minute auction.
