What happens after approval
What is this?
An approved unit becomes a lot in its auction; buyers can see it from the preview.
How does it work?
- Active / Action Required shows only current work. History / Cancelled / Withdrawn preserves closed submissions, approval decisions and withdrawn lots. A past Approved decision does not keep a withdrawn lot active. Search by unit title or submission ID; opening history never reactivates a unit. Dashboard totals cover all active submissions, not just the first page. A dealer draft holds its inventory commitment until its authorized dealer withdraws it.
- Its terms are fixed for the auction; its location can still be corrected (with a reason). A 60-Minute lot keeps its original auction history and cannot use regular lot withdrawal. For an unopened attempt contact RideAuction about its launch controls; after an unsold result use the unsold follow-up to review available next steps.
- You can follow it during bidding; you cannot bid on your own unit.
What do I need to do?
- Nothing — follow the lot in the auction. A unit approved automatically under your Trusted Dealer status shows the auction, lot and opening time on its submission page; bidding opens only at that time.
What happens next?
Your sale is under Sales: upload the ownership document there, hand the unit over only against RideAuction’s release authorization, and follow the buyer’s payment and your settlement on the same page.
