When bidding opens
What is this?
Each auction publishes its preview time, its bidding opening time and when its first and last lots close.
How does it work?
- Times are shown in your time zone, with the auction’s own time zone noted when different.
- The room shows a live “Bidding opens in” countdown.
What do I need to do?
- Add the auction’s lots to your Watch List before it opens.
What happens next?
At the opening time every lot starts taking bids.
