Photo upload problem

How does it work?

• Each file is checked separately; the others still upload.
• Use JPEG, PNG or WebP photos up to 10 MB (large photos are reduced automatically before upload).
• A HEIC photo from an iPhone: choose it again from Photos (it is converted to JPEG), or set the camera to “Most Compatible”.
• “Temporarily unavailable” means nothing is wrong with the photo — Retry in a minute.
• A unit can have up to 25 photos.

What do I need to do?

• Retry the failed file, or save it as a JPEG and upload it again.

What happens next?

Accepted photos appear in your gallery in order.
