I can’t bid

How does it work?

• Not signed in → sign in.
• “Verification required to bid” → your dealership or your staff account needs bidding access.
• Your own unit → sellers cannot bid on their own units.
• Lot not open → it is in preview or has closed.
• Bid below the minimum → someone bid first; the panel shows the new minimum.

What do I need to do?

• Read the message in the bidding panel and use its button.

What happens next?

Once the cause is fixed, bid again.
