Dealer registration

What is this?

RideAuction uses the same dealer application, account and profile as Revlane. A RideAuction-branded entry opens the canonical Revlane form; auction permissions remain separate.

How does it work?

  • New dealer: Register your dealership opens the RideAuction-branded form at revlane.ca/dealer-partner?brand=rideauction. It is the same form and backend as Revlane, not another dealer account. Use your dealership company email and complete the business name, phone, expected inventory and confirmations. New applications accept only dealerships located in Canada. Select the Canadian business address from lookup; country and base address are filled from that selection, with an optional suite/unit. Manual base-address entry is unavailable. If lookup cannot verify your address, retry or contact support. Existing dealer access is unchanged.
  • New applications require a company email domain; personal and temporary mailboxes are refused by the shared intake. Existing dealer logins and older application-resume links remain usable. Dealer staff sign in at dealer.revlane.ca/login; revlane.ca/account/sign-in is for marketplace shopper accounts and uses separate credentials.
  • Company email verification: the Revlane email link verifies your email and submits the application for review. Submitting this form does not give auction access. Email verification does not approve the dealer, activate a login or authorize buying, bidding or selling. Personal email providers follow the same policy as the Revlane form; contact support if you cannot meet it.
  • Account activation: if accepted for onboarding, use the separate activation email to set up the owner login. Then complete the Revlane Dealer Portal profile, identifiers and genuine document requirements. Existing approved files remain available; do not upload the same evidence again.
  • Operational approval and auction access are different. After Revlane operational approval, sign in to RideAuction and request auction access. RideAuction Admin controls buying, bidding, selling and staff authority through the existing audited process. RideAuction currently serves eligible Canadian dealers.
  • Already registered with Revlane: sign in to the existing Dealer Portal account and complete its next steps. Do not submit another application or create another profile.
  • Older RideAuction applications: use Resume an existing application and the original business email. Its secure link continues that saved application. Existing links, files, approvals and audit history are retained. The old email-only entry no longer creates new applications.
  • RideAuction can pause new registrations through its entry page. Paused RideAuction entry: follow the notice and contact link or return later. Existing authenticated application work is retained. A request for an email is not proof of delivery; check spam and use the resend action only for the flow you started.

What do I need to do?

  • Complete the shared Revlane form or sign in to your existing account.
  • Use the company-email verification link; after acceptance use the separate account-activation email.
  • Complete your Revlane profile and document requirements, then request the separately authorized RideAuction access.

What happens next?

Watch for the review decision. Email verification, account activation, operational approval and auction access are separate steps; each page and email identifies its own action.
