Finding your way around your dealer workspace

What is this?

The sidebar is in plain words, in the order dealers work: Home, After the Auction, Buy, Sell, Money & reports, Account and Help.

How does it work?

  • Home starts with Dashboard, your main page after signing in; opening the RideAuction logo also brings you there. Auction home, right below it, shows active auctions and Recently sold.
  • Home: Auction home (the page you land on after sign-in) and My to-do list (everything your dealership must do next on purchases and sales; the number is how many tasks are waiting).
  • After the Auction is right under Home: After the Auction (one overview per auction you bought or sold in), Units won (what you owe, your Bill of Sale and pickup for each purchase), Units sold (what is left to do on each sale), Auction payments (one total and one reference per auction), Seller settlements (one statement per auction you sold in), Invoices, Bills of Sale, Pickup and handover, Delivery and logistics and Disputes. Open a unit to reach its one sale page with every section.
  • Buy: Browse units, Auctions, 60-minute auctions, My bids, Bid history, My offers, Watch list, Saved searches and Sold results. Sell: Submit Units, My listings and units, Drafts & changes requested, In review & in auction, Unsold units & offers, Buyer questions, and the 60-minute entries (schedule a 60-minute auction, my 60-minute auctions, 60-minute offers waiting).
  • Money & reports holds My buying limit and Reports & exports. Buyer and seller amounts are never mixed into one balance: what you owe (Auction payments) and what you are owed (Seller settlements) stay separate.
  • Account holds Dealership account, Auction access, Application status, Notifications and their settings, and Time zone. Help holds the Help Center and 60-minute auction help.
  • You only see what your dealership and your role can use: for example My bids needs bidding access and Sell needs selling access. Click a section name to fold it away; the sidebar remembers it on this device.

What do I need to do?

  • Fold away the sections you do not use; open them again any time.
  • If a page you expect is missing, check Account › Auction access to see what your dealership is set up for.

What happens next?

Every page kept its address, so saved links and notification links still open the same page.
