WHOLESALE BILL OF SALE — SEVERAL UNITS Issuer identification This Bill of Sale is prepared and issued by Ride Auction Inc, operating as RideAuction, as the issuing intermediary for the dealer-to-dealer sales of the units listed in this document. All listed units were sold by the same selling dealership to the same buying dealership in the same auction. The selling dealership is the seller of each unit and the buying dealership is the purchaser. Ride Auction Inc is not the owner of any listed unit and is not the selling dealership. Limited agency Under the selling dealership's documented authorization, Ride Auction Inc, operating as RideAuction, prepares and issues this Bill of Sale on the selling dealership's behalf solely to record the wholesale sales formed on RideAuction and the sale information identified in it for each unit listed. This Bill of Sale does not itself create or expand that authorization, does not create a signature, and does not certify any authority that has not been verified. Issue This Bill of Sale is issued electronically by Ride Auction Inc as the issuing intermediary. The date and time of issue are printed on this document. Each unit is a separate sale Each listed unit is a separate sale with its own price, invoice reference and sale time. Listing several units on one Bill of Sale does not combine the sales, change any price, or make one sale depend on another. Ownership and original documents The selling and buying dealerships remain responsible for transferring ownership of each unit, meeting provincial title or registration requirements, and exchanging the original ownership paperwork directly with each other. RideAuction does not prepare, submit or process provincial ownership or registration documents. Invoice, taxes, payment and pickup The sale prices, fees and tax amounts are copied from the referenced issued purchase invoices and the recorded sales. This Bill of Sale does not calculate new taxes, establish a tax exemption, acknowledge receipt of payment, authorize pickup or release any unit, or change any payment, seller payout or pickup requirement. Electronic record and corrections This Bill of Sale is an electronic record of the sales. It records when each sale was formed and the buyer, seller, units and disclosures kept in the sale records. A correction identifies the version it replaces, and the original and every correction are kept. No dealer or RideAuction signature is implied unless one was actually obtained and recorded.
