The reserve was not met. Private offers can be made for up to 24 hours. Only a dealership that receives a private offer can respond.
Next: An accepted offer becomes a sale; otherwise the unit is recorded as not sold.

Pending offers are private: only a dealership that receives one sees it here.
How 60-minute auctions work
Upcoming → Active bidding (60 minutes) → Closing round (15 minutes, top two dealerships only) → Sold or Not sold. If the reserve is not met, the seller may send private Pending offers for 24 hours.
Private offers and anyone's maximum are never shown to other dealerships or the seller.
