Open Help without losing your work
What is this?
Contextual Help opens over your current page and keeps unsaved answers, notes, tabs and progress in place.
How does it work?
- Select a Help link from a RideAuction page. The Help drawer uses the same articles and search as the full Help Center; no form is submitted or autosaved by opening Help.
- Use Back to your page at the top, Escape, or the browser Back button to close Help. The exact original page, section, scroll position and unsaved controls remain mounted. Links between Help articles stay in the drawer; action links outside Help open a separate tab so your form remains open.
- A directly opened Help page offers an explicit safe Back link to the supplied origin, or a normal Back to Auction link without one. A direct reload of an unsaved form cannot reconstruct unsaved answers; save your draft before reloading or leaving the form itself.
What do I need to do?
- Keep the form tab open while reading Help. Return using the prominent Back action, then continue editing or save your draft.
What happens next?
Help does not certify disclosures, accept fee terms or submit a bid. Those existing actions require your own confirmation.
