Submit for review

What is this?

When the details are complete, submit the unit. RideAuction reviews it before it can be auctioned — unless your dealership is a Trusted Dealer, whose unit is placed in the auction you chose.

How does it work?

  • RideAuction checks the details, photos, disclosures and location.
  • Every unit needs its unit type (for example ATV, snowmobile or boat). RideAuction takes it from your inventory when it is clear; otherwise choose it in Unit details. The type decides the condition questions and lets the unit be released for pickup after the sale.
  • RideAuction may ask for changes; you will see the request on the unit.
  • A Trusted Dealer chooses a specific auction first and the unit is approved and placed on submit. See Submit directly as a Trusted Dealer.

What do I need to do?

  • Review your information, then choose Submit for review.

What happens next?

The unit shows “Under review” until RideAuction approves it or asks for changes.
