What happens after I submit?
What is this?
Step 7 of Submit Units. Submitting sends the unit to RideAuction review, or — for a Trusted Dealer — places it directly in the auction you chose. Bidding never opens early.
How does it work?
- Review & submit lists anything still missing (“Before you can submit, complete these items”) — each item links straight to the field.
- You confirm the Condition Report is accurate and certify it; then choose “Submit for Auction review”.
- Statuses: Submitted → In review → Approved → In auction → Visible to buyers. While it is in review you cannot change it, but you can withdraw it.
- Trusted Dealers: submitting approves the unit and places it in the auction you chose in one step, and the page says “Approved automatically under your Trusted Dealer status”. If your Trusted Dealer status is not active when you submit, the page says so and the unit goes to RideAuction review instead; nothing you entered is lost. See Submit directly as a Trusted Dealer.
- If RideAuction requests changes you see “RideAuction requested changes” with the reason and the step; choose “Fix requested items”, fix them and submit again.
What do I need to do?
- Fix anything listed as missing.
- Confirm and submit.
What happens next?
Watch the status on the unit; you are notified when it is approved or changes are requested.
