My to-do list (Action Center): what to do next on your purchases and sales

What is this?

One list of every post-sale step your dealership must take — and what is waiting on RideAuction, the buyer or the seller — derived from each sale’s real state.

How does it work?

  • Open the purchase or sale. One current next step names who acts and explains anything that holds it up. Invoice issued, payment confirmed, Bill of Sale issued, ready for pickup / picked up, optional delivery and the seller payout are separate steps. “Seller paid” never means the whole sale is complete.
  • The Action Center shows one current obligation per sale, including work waiting on another party. When two or more units of one auction need the same step they fold into one auction card that opens the auction view (its units, documents and one payment summary together). Only your own actions count toward the sidebar badge. Opening a task does not complete it, and a step that is done does not come back.
  • A buyer payment notice may be Submitted, Verified, Not accepted, Matched to recorded payment, or Closed after review. A match or closure posts no money. If a recorded payment is reversed, the current balance may become due again.
  • Dealers handle ownership, title and provincial registration paperwork directly outside RideAuction. Do not upload, exchange or seek approval for it here. RideAuction generates only the Invoice and Bill of Sale.
  • If pickup is on hold, RideAuction is reviewing the sale (the reason is shown). Do not try to clear it by uploading or approving paperwork; an old printed pickup pass never overrides the current checks.

What do I need to do?

  • Follow the current action and named responsible party.
  • If a paid sale still has a pending notice, ask RideAuction to review the existing payment; do not send it again.

What happens next?

Payment, Bill of Sale, pickup, delivery and the seller payout are separate steps; each finishes on its own.
